크렌베리 스콘 만드는 법 [홈베이킹 레시피] / RECIPE Below!!
재료
박력분 2컵 (480ml), 설탕 1/3컵 (80ml), 버터 110g, 크랜베리 1/2컵(조절가능), 생크림(헤비크림/휘핑크림) 1/2컵 (120ml),
계란 1개, 바닐라 익스트랙 1tsp, 베이킹 파우더 1tsp, 소금 1/2 tsp (가염버터 사용 시, 1/4 tsp).
1. 오븐을 190C에 예열하고, 버터를 잘라서 냉동실에 15분 간 보관하세요
2. 밀가루, 설탕, 베이킹 파우더, 소금을 잘 섞어준 후, 버터를 넣어주세요
3. 푸드프로세서나 믹서기를 이용하여 버터가 잘 섞일 수 있도록 끊어가면서 갈아주세요. 잘 섞인 혼합물을 큰 보울에 옮겨주세요
4. 크림에 계란과 바닐라를 넣고 섞은 후, 밀가루 혼합물에 부어 주걱으로 잘 섞어주세요.
5. 어느 정도 섞인 반죽에 크랜베리를 넣고 한 번 더 섞은 후, 반죽을 동그랗게 뭉치세요
6. 반죽을 랩에 싸서 30분 간 냉장고에서 휴지시킵니다.
7. 밀가루를 뿌린 조리대 위에 반죽을 평평하고 둥글게 펴준 후, 피자 자르듯 8조각 으로 잘라주세요
8. 베이킹 팬 위에 반죽을 올리고 계란물을 발라 오븐에 20-25분 간 구워주세요
부푼 정도와 표면의 색을 보고 시간을 조절해주세요
9. 식힘망 위에서 식혀주면 완성!!!

How to make Cranberry Scones
Ingredients
2C of all purpose flour (480 ml)
1/3C of granulated sugar
1/2C of unsalted butter (110g)
1/2C of cranberries
1/2C of heavy cream
1 egg
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt (1/4 tsp of salt for salted butter)
1. preheat your oven at 375 F (190C) and leave cubed butter in freezer for 15 mins
2. mix all your dry mixture (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, salt)
3. add butter into your dry mixture and purse it in the food processor until butter becomes fine and well distributed
4. add an egg and vanilla extract in heavy cream and beat it until the mixture becomes yellowish
5. pour your wet into dry mixture in a bowl and fold them with a spatula
6. add cranberry and form the mixture into a dough
7. wrap and keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
8. flatten your dough even on a well-floured surface and cut into 8 pieces like pizza pie
9. place the cut dough apart and brush them with egg wash
10. bake them at 375F (190C) for 20 to 25 minute until scones rise and the top of scones browns.
11. Cool them on a wire rack and enjoy!!
