Product description:

Flaxseed extract is a kind of plant ligan most notably found in flaxseed. Secoisolariciresinol diglycoside, or SDG is existed as its main bioactive components. SDG is classified as a phytoestrogen since it is a plant-derived, nonsteroid compound that possesses estrogen-like activity. Flaxseed extract  SDG has weak estrogenic activity, when intake as food it will be trasfer to flax ligan which have same structure with estrogens.The level of SDG in flaxseed typically varies between 0.6% and 1.8%. Flaxseed extract powder SDG can reduce the blood lipid, cholesterin and triglyceride, it can also prevent for apoplexy, hyperension, blood clots, arteriosclerosis and arrhythmia. In addition, flax seed extract powder SDG is benificial for diabetes and CHD.

Thành phần hóa học của hạt methi Ấn Độ (Fenugreek):

Chất nhày (2.5-45 % gồm các mannogalactans)

Chất đạm (25-30%) trong đó có các amino acids như choline-4-hydro xyisoleucine, lysine, tryptophan, histidine, arginine, cystine và tyrosine.

Các chấc ức chế proteinase

Các saponins loại steroid (1.2-1.5%) gồm cả các trigofoenosides từ A đến G, alycones gồm diosgenin,yamogenin, gitogenin, smilagenin, tigogenin, yuccagenin.

Ester loại steroid saponin-peptid như foenugraecin

Các sterols: chất chính là 24xi-ethyl-cholest-5-en-3beta-ole (65%)

Flavonoids gồm isoorientin, isovitexin, orientin arabinoside, isoorien tin arabinoside, saponaretin, vicenin-1, vicenin-2, vitexin

Trigonelline (coffearin, N-methylbetaine của nicotinic acid, 0.4%)

Tinh dầu dễ bay hơi (0.01%): hợp chất tạo mùi 3-hydroxy-4,5đime thyl-2 (5H)-furanone.

Tác dụng:
+ Dưỡng tóc:
Bột lá bôi lên da đầu trước khi tắm, giúp tóc không rụng gãy và giữ màu tóc tự nhiên và bóng mượt. Ở Java, hạt được bào chế thành các chế phẩm để nuôi dưỡng tóc và mỹ phẩm làm đẹp cho phụ nữ.

+ Giúp trẻ lâu: Nhờ trong thành phần hạt có chứa các chất như butylated hydroxyanisole và butylated hydroxytoluene có tác dụng chống oxy hóa tế bào. Đắp lên mặt mỗi đêm trước khi đi ngủ 30 phút rồi rửa sạch với nước ấm có tác dụng ngăn ngừa các vết thâm nám, mụn cám, tàn nhang, làm da mịn không khô ráp và khi nhìn trông như được trẻ thêm một tuổi. Giúp cơ thể thơm tho sạch sẽ

+ Làm đẹp: Phụ nữ Ả rập, từ Libya đến Syria ăn hạt Methi rang chín để tăng cân và giúp tạo thân hình thẩm mỹ theo trường phái Ruben (cho đến thế kỷ 19, thân hình phụ nữ được xem là đẹp cần phải phát triển, nẩy nở và đều đặn nhất là các phần hông).

+ Điều kinh: Giúp cho phụ nữ có cảm giác dễ chịu không đau đớn trong thời kỳ có kinh, trị huyết trắng.

+ Tăng tiết sữa: hạt khô tán thành bột, trộn chung với bột mì và đường chế thành bánh có tên là halwa ăn một lượng nhỏ (5-10g) mỗi ngày sẽ giúp cho cơ thể trở lại bình thường nhanh chóng sau khi sanh. Hạt xay thô uống mỗi ngày sẽ giúp cho các bà mẹ có nhiều sữa để cho con bú.

Cách dùng :
Cho người tiểu đường : dạng bột, dùng mỗi ngày 2 muỗng bột hạt hòa trong nước canh hoặc sữa. Nếu dùng dạng hạt, mỗi ngày 2 muỗng hạt nhai nuốt rồi uống nước, còn một cách khác là đem ngâm 2 muỗng hạt trong một cốc nước lạnh vào buổi tối và sáng dậy uống hết nước trong cốc.

Thuốc giúp ăn ngon miệng dưới dạng trà dược (ngâm 0,5 gram hạt Methi trong 240 ml nước lạnh trong 3 giờ, lược và hâm nóng lại, có thể thêm mật o­ng khi uống). Dùng ngoài trị sưng da dưới dạng bột nhão để đắp. Theo các nghiên cứu hạt Methi được sử dụng từ lâu đời để làm thực phẩm và không gây ra những phản ứng độc hại nào.
