Introduction

Marigold flower belongs to compositae family and tagetes erecta. It is an annual herb and widely planted in Heilungkiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Yunnan , etc.The marigold we used comes from Yunnan province. Based on the local situation of special soil environment and lighting condition , the local marigold have characteristics like growing fast,long flowering period ,high productive capacity and adequate quality.Thus, the steady supply of raw materials, high yield and reduction of cost can be guaranteed.

CREAMY SHELLS WITH SRIRACHA-ROASTED BROCCOLI

Ingredients:
● 3 tablespoons Just Mayo Sriracha
● ½ teaspoon chili powder
● 1 tablespoon water
● 4 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
● 16 ounces macaroni shells
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 cup yellow onion, diced
● 1 cup carrot, diced
● 2 cloves garlic, chopped
● 1 teaspoon salt
● ¼ cup nutritional yeast
● 2 tablespoons cashew butter
● 1 tablespoon tomato paste
● 1 cup vegetable broth
● 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
● ½ cup Just Mayo Garlic

Directions:
● Preheat oven to 400F.
● In a large bowl, whisk together the Just Mayo Sriracha, chili powder, and water until fully combined. Add the broccoli and toss to coat.
● Spread the broccoli evenly on a sheet pan, and roast for 15 minutes.
● In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
● To make the creamy sauce, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering in a large saucepan. Add the onion and cook for five minutes until just starting to soften. Then add the carrot and garlic. Sauté for another five minutes until all vegetables are tender.
● Add the vegetables, salt, nutritional yeast, cashew butter, tomato paste, vegetable broth, almond milk, and Just Mayo Garlic to a blender. Blend until smooth.
● Add the mixture back to the saucepan and cook mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it boils and has thickened.
● Add the macaroni and the broccoli to the sauce and stir until evenly coated. Cook until just heated through.
● (Optional) Transfer the creamy shells and broccoli to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 15 minutes covered with foil.
● Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
