[What is Epimedium?]

Epimedium extract is a popular aphrodisiac supplement and herbal sexual performance enhancer.It has a long history of traditional use in China for the alleviation of erectile dysfunction and for improving libido and fertility.

Also known as Horny Goat Weed, this supplement supposedly got its name after a farmer noticed that his flock of goats were particularly aroused after eating flowers of a specific type. These Epimedium flowers contain icariin, which is a natural compound that increases blood flow to sexual organs and promotes sex drive. put 2 ounces almond milk in pan
add 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
teaspoon sunflower seeds
teaspoon pumpkin seeds
simmer on low while preparing the following;
organic portabella mushroom
organic grape tomatoes about 4
organic broccoli
and 1/3 avocado
3 organic eggs add 2 ounces almond milk and blend
add 1 teaspoon organic flax seed powder (I forgot this in video)
when oats are simmering for 3-4 minutes and almond milk gets absorbed in move it to the side of the pan
put 1 tablespoon oil in pan for eggs to cook in
add eggs and then the plate of veggies
simmer on higher heat for 3-4 minutes
add slice of organic cheese
and enjoy
