Pine bark Extract11

[What is Pine bark?]

Pine bark, botanical name Pinus pinaster, is a maritime pine native to southwest France that also grows in countries along the western Mediterranean.  Pine bark contains a number of beneficial compounds that are extracted from the bark in a way that doesn’t destroy or damage the tree.

Pine bark Extract2211

[How does it work?]

What gives pine bark extract its notoriety as a powerful ingredient and super antioxidant is that it’s loaded with oligomeric proanthocyanidin compounds, OPCs for short. The same ingredient can be found in grape seeds, the skin of peanuts and witch hazel bark. But what makes this miracle ingredient so amazing?

While OPCs found in this extract are mostly known for their antioxidant-producing benefits, these amazing compounds exude antibacterial, antiviral, anticarcinogenic, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. Pine bark extract can help reduce muscle soreness and may help improve conditions relating to poor circulation, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, diabetes, ADHD, female reproductive issues, skin, erectile dysfunction, eye disease and sports stamina.

Seems like it must be pretty amazing, but let’s look closer. The list goes on a bit further, as the OPCs in this extract may “inhibit lipid peroxidation, platelet aggregation, capillary permeability and fragility, and to affect enzyme systems,” which basically means it may be a natural treatment for many serious health conditions, such as stroke and heart disease.

[Function]

  1. Lowers Glucose Levels, Improving Diabetic Symptoms

  3. Staves Off Infections
  4. Protects the Skin from Ultraviolet Exposure
  5. Decreases Erectile Dysfunction
  6. Reduces Inflammation
  7.  Helps Increase Athletic Performance

    FAQs:
    How is your eyesight now?
It’s about the same as when I made the video: I injured my right eye causing permanent vision impairment which then destroyed my motivation, so I’m still around -2. These days I struggle to find the time and motivation to do the eye exercises, as I have too much other stuff going on.

When palming, do you place pressure on your eyeballs?
No. Avoid putting any pressure at all on your face, especially your eyeballs. Merely block out the light.

When palming, do you close your eyes?
    Yes.

How long should I do eye exercises/do each exercise?
Do them for however long you like. Generally though you’ll notice that the more time you spend on your eyes, the more benefits you will reap. Simple as that.

Should I wear glasses/lenses while doing the eye exercises?
No. The point is to learn how to use your eyes without glasses. I’m assuming it’s okay to palm while wearing contact lenses, but I have never tried them so I can’t say for certain unless someone lets me know.

Is it okay to wear my glasses all the time?
The more you wear them the more you are letting your eyes be lazy. Of course some people, and especially those with higher prescriptions, will need to use their glasses almost all the time, but try to take some time off and do some exercises. As you progressively improve, you can ask your optometrist for a slightly lower prescription than what he/she would originally prescribe, to allow your eyes to work towards that prescription.

Can these exercises be used to maintain current vision?
Yes. It can take a lot of work to improve your vision, but to maintain it, much less effort is required.

Does diet and other lifestyle choices influence eyesight?
To a small degree it probably does. Apparently when celiac disease sufferers (gluten intolerance) eliminate gluten from their diets, many of them experience improved vision after a few months, positively affirmed by their optometrists. An older-age related eye disease called macular degeneration is preventable with proper nutrition, specifically by eating vegetables and fruits containing the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin (they can be taken in the form of a supplements also, check out this link: https://bit.ly/2cu6xml). Smoking is found to be damaging to eyesight, but marijuana on the other hand is used to treat glaucoma. Regardless, I would always recommend eating healthy and not smoking tobacco, as there are so incredibly many benefits to this.

Don’t sleep masks elevate eye pressure?
Yes indeed they do. This is something I forgot to address in the video, and which is probably the reason why eyesight improvement teachers always teach palming using your hands, and never mention the possibility of using sleep masks.

I am assuming 95%+ of the people who watch this video will not start doing eye exercises, which is totally understandable seeing how much time they can require. For those of you who do however, you should do more reading on the topic, and not only rely on the information presented in this video. (Disclaimer)

WARNING: If you have glaucoma, longer sessions of palming will actually raise your eye pressure, which would of course be detrimental. For glaucoma it is recommended to massage and stretch the neck, and do the peripheral exercise described in the video.
