* 4 T. Red Wine Vinegar

* 1/2 t. Garlic Powder
* 1/4 t. Nutmeg
* 1/4 t. Pepper

Salad:

* 4 cups Broccoli, cut into florets (really, though, how much is 4 cups?)
* 1/2 cup either Raw Sunflower Seeds or Raw Pine Nuts
* 2 T. Melted Coconut Oil
* 1 t. Dried Oregano
* 1 t. Salt
* Black Pepper
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup Dried Cherries
* Optional: 4 ounces Goat Cheese, crumbled
