Introduction

Marigold flower belongs to compositae family and tagetes erecta. It is an annual herb and widely planted in Heilungkiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Yunnan , etc.The marigold we used comes from Yunnan province. quinoa 30g
dried cranberries 30g
raisins 30g
walnuts 30g
pumpkin seeds 30g
honey 30g

1) Rinse the quinoa on a fine mesh filter and soak in hot water for 5 mins. Strain.
2) Mix all the ingredients together.
3) Spread them evenly on a baking sheet on a pan.
4) Bake for 25 mins. at 160℃. Let cool then slice into desired size.
