Konjac is a plant that is found in China, Japan and Indonesia. The plant is part of the genus Amorphophallus. Typically, it thrives in the warmer regions of Asia.

Ingredients of Veg Fried Rice Recipe:
1. Basmati rice (2 cups).
2. Chopped carrot (1cup).
3. Chopped beans (½ cup).
4. Chopped capsicum (½ cup).
5. Chopped cauliflower (½ cup).
6. Slitted green chilli (5 no).
7. Ghee (1 tbsp).
8. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
9. Garam masala powder (¼ tsp).
10. 2 bay leaves.
11. Keora water (1 tsp).
12. Rose water (1 tsp).
13. Cashew nuts (10 to 12).
14. Raisins (25 gm).
15. Refined oil (6 tbsp).
16. Salt (as per your taste).
17. Sugar (as per your taste).
18. Garam masala (¼ tsp).
Methods of Vegetable Fried Rice:
1. Boil the water and add the soaked basmati rice, 1 tbsp refined oil and ¼ tsp salt. Mixed it well.
2. When rice get ready drained out the extra water. Put the rice in an open surface utensil.
3. Now heat the pan and add 5 tbsp refined oil in it.
4. Fry all the vegetables like carrot, beans, capsicum, cauliflower, and green chilli.
5. Add 1 tbsp of ghee in hot pan.
6. Add bay leaves, garam masala, raisins, and cashewnuts. Fry in low flame for 20 sec. Then add in rice.
7. Add fried vegetables in rice.
8. Add 1 tsp keora water, 1 tsp rose water, ¼ tsp garam masala powder, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Mix it very well.
