Quercetin ni pigment y'ibimera (flavonoid). Iboneka mu bimera byinshi no mu biribwa, nka vino itukura, igitunguru, icyayi kibisi, pome, imbuto, Ginkgo biloba, ikibuga cya Mutagatifu Yohani, umusaza w’umunyamerika, n’abandi.
