    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon tahini
    1/2 teaspoon sal

    Directions:
    Place cashews in a bowl and top with water; soak until softened, 3 to 4 hours.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
