[Function]

Blueberries are flowering plants of the genus Vaccinium with dark-blue berries. They are picked up from wild bushes which are free of pollution. Blueberry are rich in anthocyanosides,

proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, flavons and tannins inhibit mechanisms of cancer cell development and inflammation.

Whoa whoa whoa… Back the f*ck up because it’s about to get all ragey. Hemo Ragey. In this video review we have Hemo Rage Black, a pre work out from Nutrex. The flavour is Malicious Melon which is pleasantly ok.

Hemo Rage is not a bad product. No side effects which I would normally associate with a product containing Yohimbine HCL (other than I was sweating like f*ck). I would probably use it again, Nutrex has turned out an ok product here… if only they could make it mix better so it was less flockish and grainy then they would have a solid 7+ product.

Recipe – Pumpkin Waffles with Apple-Cranberry Relish
INGREDIENTS:
-APPLE-CRANBERRY RELISH
●3 large Granny Smith apples
●3 tablespoons butter
●1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
●1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
●1 teaspoon vanilla extract
●1/4 cup orange juice
●1 teaspoon grated orange zest
●3/4 cup maple syrup, divided
●1/2 cup dried cranberries
●1/2 cup chopped pecans
●butter
●PUMPKIN WAFFLES
●3 eggs
●1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk
●1/2 cup canola oil
●1/2 cup pumpkin puree
●1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
●2 tablespoons white sugar
●2 teaspoons baking powder
●3/4 teaspoon baking soda
●1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
●1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
