Acai Bowl Recipe:
1 acai smoothie packet from Whole Foods
1 banana
1/3 cup granola of your choice (I used Trader Joe’s coconut cranberry granola)
3/4 cup assorted sliced fruits (strawberries, blueberries, banana and melon recommended)
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
1 tsp honey or agave nectar (optional)
1/4 apple juice (optional)

Directions:
1) Blend acai smoothie mixture and banana in a blender for 30 seconds at medium speed
2) Mix in apple juice if you want to thin out the mixture (optional)
3) Pour mixture into bowl, add granola, layer on assorted fruits, top with coconut and honey or agave nectar
