Ingredients:

40gms refined flour
40gms powdered oats
40gm powdered sugar
1tbsp brown sugar
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp soda
55gms of soften unsalted butter
½ tsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
40gm of dried cranberries
50gm of white chocolate chips

Method:
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients first. Mix refined flour along with powdered oats and salt.
- In another bowl, add butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence. Mix them well.
- Add the dry ingredients in the butter mixture and mix well.
- Add milk, white chocolate chips and chopped cranberries.
- Make a dough and allow it to rest in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Pre heat the oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes.
- Place the parchment paper over the baking tray.
- Make round balls and flatten them in the shape of the cookie.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 150 degree.
- Allow the cookies to cool down for 5 minutes.
